Netflix, a leading streaming service provider, is available on smartphones, laptops, desktops, smart TVs, tablets, and gaming consoles. As your wish, you use your device to watch your favorite movies or shows on Netflix. Like others, Netflix is no exception to issues or technical glitches. Error Code NW-2-5 is one of the most common Netflix issues. You need to fix it to keep your watch going on. Here are some easy methods for your support:

Check the internet connection on your device

Step 1: Have a close look at your device (smartphone, smart TV, desktop, tablet, or laptop). 

Step 2: Know whether the signal strength is weak. 

Step 3: Go closer to the WiFi router or internet device to improve the signal strength. 

Step 4: Think about closing other devices to make the internet signal strength strong. 

Restart your internet device or WiFi router

Step 1: Go to the internet device or WiFi router and find its power button.

Step 2: Turn off the power button. After that, remove the power plug from the power outlet and the modem/router. 

Step 3: Wait for 30 seconds and plug the power cable in the modem/the router. 

Step 4: Turn on the internet device/WiFi router after waiting for around a minute. 

Step 5: Try running a video on Netflix.

Step 1: Move to another device. Suppose that you are using your smartphone for watching a movie on Netflix. Use your smart TV or laptop to watch the movie if you are facing issues on the current device.

Restart your device

Step 1: Go to the Start button, click on the Power button, and choose Restart to restart your Windows desktop/laptop. 

Step 2: Press the Power button on either side of your Android device and keep holding it until a menu appears on your screen. After that, choose Restart/Reboot to restart your Android device. 

Step 3: To restart your smart TV, unplug the power cable, wait for a few seconds, and plug it in again. After that, turn the switch on.

Switch the network 

Step 1: Change the mode for the internet connectivity. Suppose that you are watching a Netflix movie on your smartphone, which is connected to the WiFi network. Opt for mobile data to see whether it sorts out the error code.
