Unlock iPhone with the Passcode  

It is possible that you would have set up a passcode to lock your iPhone for its security and safety. You can use the Passcode to unlock your iPhone or iPad. To do it, the steps are as follows:

  • Press the Home button or do swiping up from the bottom of your iPhone screen

  • Type the Passcode you created and click on the Enter option 

You can press the button on the side of your iPhone if you want to lock it again. Your Apple’s phone will automatically be locked if you do not touch the screen for a certain time, such as 15 seconds to 1 minute.  

Unlock iPhone with the Face ID 

Using the Face ID option can help you unlock your iPhone if you are sure about its usage during the setup at the purchase time or later. Here are the steps to unlock iPhone with the Face ID:

  • Make your iPhone wake after raising it or tapping on its screen. Look at your device as it is awake. The device screen clicks your face image by animating it to open from closed and makes your iPhone get opened or locked. 

  • From the screen bottom, do swiping up 

Click on the phone side button to lock it if you wish to lock it again. Your phone will get locked if you do not raise your phone or touch its screen for a particular time. 

Unlock iPhone with the Touch ID 

  • Click on the Home button and use the finger of your hand you did registration for Touch ID. Your iPhone will be open as it recognises your finger tip with its Touch ID.
  • Click on the side button on your iPhone if you wish to lock it automatically. 

Unlock iPhone If It Locked with a Mobile Network Carrier

You need to get in touch with the network provider by visiting their outlet or calling their customer care number and request them to unlock your iPhone. Stay in contact with the network provider to know the status of your submitted request. If your network provider unlocks your device, follow the below-mentioned steps:

  • Set up eSIM by following the onscreen instructions if you wish to activate eSIM on your device 
  • Take out the SIM card from the device and insert a new SIM of another network provider if you have a SIM card. Your SIM will get activated and you will start using your smartphone after a certain time. 
  • Make a backup of your iPhone data and erase your device if you have no SIM card from another network provider.   
  • Restore your iPhone and insert the SIM card you were using. Your phone will start working.
